The school honors Don Miguel Such , an educator and public servant who devoted much of his life to the development of vocational education in Puerto Rico. His vision emphasized practical education connected to the country's needs and meaningful opportunities for every student.
Strategically located in metropolitan San Juan, the school opened during the 1970s to address the growing demand for specialized career education. Its workshops, laboratories and academic spaces were designed around learning by doing, a principle that remains essential to our educational philosophy.
